Gary has over 20 years real estate and development experience here in the Las Vegas Valley. He personally has developed condo projects across the valley, and has been in sales and marketing for 15 years. He brings an incredible amount of experience to the table, and as a developer is in a unique position to ensure that every project involving Creative Sales and Marketing succeeds. He personally oversees every aspect of a project from start to finish.

Mr. Franchi's thirty five years of senior level sales management expertise in the resort, country club, hospitality and condo conversion marketplace is another of the excellent contributing factors to the strength of the Creative Sales and Marketing team. His most recent sales management efforts include the successful completion of both Chateau Nouveau and Chateau Versailles as well as the opening of our newest project, Park 1 Condominiums.
Sandi Randle, Corp. Real Estate Broker - Sandi has
been with Creative Sales and Marketing's Corporate Real Estate
Broker since 1996. Prior to obtaining her Nevada Real Estate
license in 1984, Sandi was employed in the legal field. With
over twenty years legal and real estate experience, Sandi
is uniquely qualified as a broker to manage the contracts
and documentation that come with running large projects.
